Stress! Stress! Stress! What a tyrant! A ruthless master that drives his slaves to death!

Must have heard about it? Must be a slave to it? It is an endowment of the civilised society in which we live. Tough competition, rat race, constant struggle! Pooh.

“I want to be successful.” “I want to be rich.” “I want to study in a premier university.” “I want to marry my beloved.” “Parents are too demanding.” “Life is too frustrating.” All such agonising situations join hands to incubate stress. Stress is like a parasite that sucks the verdure out of your body and leaves you wriggling and grovelling.

Stress rules as long as you can carry on with its orders. It keeps building pressure on you and the moment you succumb to it, it crushes you to death. As long as you are its slave it will never let success come to you. Stress will stand rock steady in your way as an impediment, blocking your success at every crossing, driving you nuts!

What are you thinking? Do you want to free yourself of the clutches of this monster? Time for revolution has come. Don’t be disheartened, gear up. Take up the fight.
